1. Services
We provide web hosting, IT consulting, and e-commerce solutions. A one-time setup fee applies to new website and hosting clients, along with a recurring subscription fee for hosting and design services. All additional IT consulting and support are billed hourly.
2. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are responsible for maintaining their login credentials.
- Clients may manage their websites and payment accounts independently.
- Domain registration assistance is provided, but domain ownership and renewal responsibility remains solely with the client.
3. Payment Terms
- Setup fees are due prior to service activation.
- Recurring fees are charged monthly or annually, as selected by the client.
- Hourly IT consulting is billed after services are rendered.
- Late or failed payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
4. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for any violation of these Terms or for failure to pay fees.
Clients may cancel services at any time through their customer account portal.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
- Any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Services.
- Any data loss, unauthorized access, or domain-related issues beyond our direct control.
6. Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Services with prior notice.
7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter informally before pursuing legal action.
